Slow Sync

How to achieve this: 

•  The camera must be set to F16, ISO 200 and 2.0+, depending on how slow or fast the shutter speed is preferred to be). Also, a black background would be ideal in order to really capture the motion made by the subject and be clear in the image.
• The subject has to move and keep moving until the camera has finished taking the shot, capturing the blur of the movement that was made. More than one subject can be used.
